Unfiltered - direct, soft pressing - Pinot Nero ages in small wood, Durella in steel tanks.
A summer project “against the pandemic,” as Daniele puts it.
Pinot Nero from two separate vineyard sites on the hill, harvested 10 days apart. Fermentation in open steel vats before aging in oak casks. 18 months in barriques. Rests in bottle for 8 months before release.
Durella (100%)
Metodo Classico sparkler - 24 months on lees - no dosage. Grapes are pressed in whole clusters and ferment in steel (a small portion in wood).
Durella (100%)
2-day maceration, 18 months in slavonian oak 30hl casks, 8 months in bottle before release. Durella chosen from the first complete ripe bunches.
Chardonnay (90%) Durella (10%)
The first of Daniele’s wines. Direct press from three vineyard sites. 90% in steel, 10% in wood. 9 months aging before bottling. Rests in bottle for 5 months.The 10% Durella is taken from his young vines.
